Role of the HR Community

Project activities will be carried out by the HR community under the direction of a Steering Committee and with the support of a Senior Management Advisory Panel comprised of senior departmental HR managers.

Community direction will be given by the HR Council, which is responsible for:

• Facilitating the development of a strategic vision for the community;
• Presenting specific departmental perspectives to the community at large;
• Supporting community led initiatives in support of HR principles and needs; and
• Assisting in the resolution of issues introduced by the community.

The following working groups, each made up of community representatives from different departments and agencies. have established:
